摘 要:复杂产品系统在技术构成和系统结构上表现出复杂性的特点,子系统的技术演进非均衡并带来技术匹配问题.为此,选择数控机床为研究对象,分析了数控系统和机械系统的技术演进;根据技术演进的速度差异,将构成复杂产品的子系统划分为快变量和慢变量.在此基础上,研究了产品模块化对快变量和慢变量技术匹配的影响;研究表明,有效利用快变量模块化的技术机会,有助于中国企业在该领域实现技术匹配,从而加快技术追赶的进程.The technology composition and system architecture of complex products and system (COPS) is very sophisticated. Technological evolution speed of subsystems is unbalanced, which brings about the problems of technological match. Therefore, computer numerical control machine tools are chosen as research objects, and the technological evolution of numerical control system and mechanical system are analyzed. Based on the speed of technological evolution, the subsystems of CoPS are categorized into fast variables and slow variables. On this basis, the effect of modularity on the technological match of fast variables and slow variables is analyzed. It shows that the technological match can be realized by effectively exploiting the technological chances of fast variables' modularity, which promotes Chinese enterprises speed up the process of technological catch-up.
