摘　　要：为提高电力企业运行的效率和质量,电力企业中引进了同业对标管理。针对现有综合评价方法的缺点和不足,结合电力同业对标的具体需要,提出了以层次分析法解决权重分配,以多维距离法解决企业指标的优劣的层次距离综合评价法,为电力同业对标管理工作的深入开展,提供理论支持。实际算例验证了本文方法的实用性、可靠性及均衡性。In order to improve the efficiency and quality of electric power running, benchmarking of the same trade is introduced into electric power enterprises. Considering the defect and deficiency of the comprehensive evaluation method that exists, and combining the practical demand of benchmarking in electric power enterprises, this paper puts forward hierarchy analysis method to solve proportion distribution, and hierarchy space comprehensive evaluation method using multidimensional space method to solve good and bad index, which provides theoretical support for deep carrying out of benehmarking management. The practical algorithm verifies the practicality, reliability arid equilibrium of the method presented in this paper.
