摘 要:目的:研究广西余甘子叶醋酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:用95%乙醇进行渗滤提取后,浸膏以系统溶剂分离法进行部位分离。利用聚酰胺柱层析及制备型HPLC法对醋酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,并通过波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别为:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)、山柰酚(Ⅲ)、槲皮素(Ⅳ)、萹蓄苷(Ⅴ)。结论:化合物Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分得。AIM: To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Phyllanthus emblica L. METHODS: The constituents were extracted by percolation with 95% ethanol. Then the extract was separated by systemic solvent separation methods. The ethyl acetate portion from the leaves were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and polyamide column chromatography with gradient elution,liquid preparation and recrystal methods. The structures of crystals were identified by physiochemical properties, spectrum analysis and literatures ontrast. RESULTS : Five compounds were isolated and identified. They were β-sitosterol ( Ⅰ ) ; β-carotene ( Ⅱ ) ; kaemferol ( Ⅲ ) ; quercetin ( Ⅳ ) ; avicularin ( Ⅴ ). CONCLUSION: Chemical compound Ⅴ is isolated from this plant for the first time.
