摘　　要：本文分析了电机冷却器使用的海军黄铜管腐蚀失效原因,采取了喷涂Zn-Al复合金属涂层和阴极保护的进行防护。经3年实践证明,该防护措施抑制了冷却器的海水腐蚀,防护效果较好。This paper analyzes of the cause of naval brass tube corrosion in electrical motor cooler. Using the Zinc-Aluminum metal coating and cathode protection, it is found that the protection measures restrained the corrosion of tube bundle in sea water during 3 years services, and the design is proved to be effective.
