摘 要:目的:研究封闭式负压引流(VSD)不同负压值对猪皮肤软组织感染创面中绿脓杆菌生长的影响。方法:猪皮肤软组织创伤感染创面模型,创面样本共40例,分别给予1-40编号,随机分为5组,每组8例样本。对照组(常规换药)和-25,-20,-15,-10 kPa治疗组。对照组常规换药,各治疗组分别用相应的负压的封闭负压引流技术治疗。治疗时间均为3 d。于治疗前和治疗后取创面中心的活组织标本进行细菌计数,并观察创面一般情况。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组(VSD治疗组)细菌计数明显减少(P<0.01),分泌物少,未见明显黄白色组织,肉芽新鲜,伤口明显缩小,无伤口周围组织水肿,愈合时间短,伤口愈合后疤痕不明显。结论:采用不同负压力的封闭负压引流技术均能减少创面分泌物,抑制绿脓杆菌增殖生长,刺激肉芽组织生成,缩短创面愈合时间。To study the effect of different negative pressure values of vacuum sealing drain age (VSD) on the proliferation of Pseudornonas aeruginosa which located in the soft tissue wound of pig's back. Methods: Forty infection models of skin and soft tissue trauma wound were established in the pig back soft tissue and skin, and randomly and equally divided into five groups as control group (with conventional dressing) and four VSD treatment groups according to different negative pressure as -25, -20, - 15, and - 10 kPa of drainage respectively. Pre- and posttreatment biopsy was performed from the center of the wound for pathologic observation and bacteria counting. Results: Compared with that in VSD groups, the wound in the control group, got higher bacteria counts(P〈0.01), more secretions, more yellow and white colored tissues, obvious edema around the wound, and longer healing time, and the healed wound left obvious scars. Conclusion: Different negative pressure of VSD can reduce the secretion of the wound, inhibits the growth and proliferation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, stimulate the formation of granulation tissue and thus shorten the time for wound healing.
