摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱测定酚磺乙胺片的含量。方法采用C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱；以甲醇旬05mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾为流动相（10：90）；流速：1．0ml·min^-1；检测波长为300nm；柱温：室温；进样量：20μl。结果在该色谱条件下，酚磺乙胺浓度在9．980～99．800mg·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9999（n=8），平均回收率98．3％（n=9）。结论所建立的方法灵敏、准确、简便，可作为酚磺乙胺片的含量测定方法。Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of phenol sulphur ethylamine tablets. Methods An HPLC method was used with a column of C18 （4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methyl alcohol -0.05 mol · L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate （ 10： 90） with the flow rate of 1.0 ml · min^-1. The detection wavelength was at 300nm and the column temperature was room temperature. The injection volume was 20 μl. Results Good linearities were obtained over the range of 9. 980 - 99. 800 mg · L^-1 （ r =0.9 999, n = 8 ）, respectively. The average recoveries were 98.3% （ n = 9 ）. Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate, simple and can be used to determine the contents of phenol sulphur ethylamine tablets.
