统筹城乡视域中的农民主体性分析

摘　　要："统筹城乡经济社会发展"是当下中国社会的"发展阶段"、"关键时刻"和"重要时期"。在这项系统工程中,需要把实践的各个要素结合起来,协同推进。但目前,农民对现实的评判力不够,主体意识性缺乏;主体性诉求不能充分表达,自觉能动性未充分发挥;作为社会历史推动者的创造能力尚未充分发挥出来。要更好地发挥农民在城乡一体化建设中的主体作用,应从分析农民主体性入手,挖掘农民自我解放的力量,保障农民在农村与城市间合理流动的权益,满足农民知识化、技能化的教育需求,推进农民享有社会服务与社会地位的均等化。＂Planning Urban-rural Economic and Social Development As a Whole＂ is the ＂Stage of Development＂, ＂Pivotal Time＂ and ＂Crucial Phase＂ of Chinese society nowadays. During the implementation of this systematic engineering, many key element factors of practice should be combined together and pushed forward cooperatively. But for the moment, peasants don＇t have enough judgment to the reality and lack subjectivity; also, their requirement of subjectivity can＇t be expressed sufficiently and their conscious impetus can＇t be exerted. These lead to the consequence that their creativity as historic propellent can＇t be exerted sufficiently. If we want to enable the peasants to exert their subjectivity during the process of ＂Planning Urban-Rural Economic and Social Development As a Whole＂, we should first analyze the peasants＇ subjectivity, dig their power of self-liberating, protect the right of reasonable flowage between rural and urban areas, fulfill the education requirement of knowledge and craftsmanship and improve the equality of social service and social status.
