林业专业合作经济组织内部契约选择初探——以福建尤溪“护林联防协会”为例

摘　　要：合作组织形式的选择是影响合作效率和合作稳定性的重要因素。林业专业合作经济组织是林农通过一系列契约关系所组成的组织,因此对合作组织形式的考察和选择,实质上就是对合作组织内部契约类型的考察和选择。福建尤溪护林联防协会的稳定发展说明各种不同形式的林业专业合作经济组织是各有优势的,合作契约和合作组织类型的选择必须根据不同产品、不同生产阶段的实际,对要素契约和商品契约的比较优势进行全面深入的分析,而非单纯地追求越为紧密、复杂的组织形式。The choice of its form is the key factor affecting the efficiency and stability of a specialized cooperative economic organization. Since it is organized by farmers with a series of contract relations, inspecting and choosing the type of a cooperative organization is virtually inspecting and choosing the type of the internal contract. The stable development of the joint defense association in protecting forest in Youxi of Fujian Province shows that each type of specialized cooperative economic organization has its own advantages. To choose the proper type of cooperative contract and organizing form, one must take into consideration the actual condition of production and products and make complete analysis of comparative advantages of factor contract and commodity contract.
