摘　　要：在人工挖孔混凝土灌注桩的施工管理中,以质量、进度、安全、费用为目标,设计、规范为标准,按合同、按程序进行管理,既按原则,又采取灵活方式进行管理能收到很好的效果,起到事半功倍的作用。In construction management of manual holing pouting pile, taking the quality, progress, safety and cost as the target, the design and specification as the criterion, the contract and procedure as the basis, using bOth strict and flexible management method can receive satisfactory effect.
