摘　　要：国民经济动员事业的发展,促使它从经典动员模式走向敏捷动员模式。文章分析了经典动员模式的局限性,阐述了敏捷动员的体系结构、敏捷动员的运行机制、敏捷动员的驱动机制和管理机制,以及敏捷动员的核心理念和本质特征,最后讨论了敏捷动员的实现方式。The development in the mobilization of national economy propels it from the classic to the agile model. The present paper analyzes the shortcomings of classic mobilization model of national economy, illustrating the structure, operational, driving and management systems. It also presents its the core values and essential features, ending with a discussion of its realization methods.
