通心络胶囊治疗2型糖尿病人抑郁症状的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨通心络胶囊治疗2型糖尿病患者抑郁症状的疗效。方法将80例2型糖尿病伴抑郁症状的患者随机分成两组，分别给予通心络胶囊（中药组，40例）和盐酸氟西汀（西药组，40例）治疗共8wk；采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）定期进行疗效评定。结果两组HAMD总评分在wk1、wk2、wk4、wk8治疗效果差异无显著意义（P〉0．05）中药组总有效率为87．5％，西药组为90．0％，差异无显著意义（P〉0．05）。结论通心络胶囊对2型糖尿病患者的抑郁症状有一定疗效。Object To discuss the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule treating Type 2 diabetes mellitus patient＇s depression. Methods 80 Type 2 diabetes mellitus patient with depression are divided stochastically into two groups, each group is given Tongxinluo Capsule （traditional Chinese medicine group, 40 examples） and Fluoxetine Hydrochloride （western medicine group, 40 examples） separately for altogether 8wk; Using hamilton depression scale （HAMD） to evaluate the curative effect. Results The treatment result of two group of HAMD grades in wk1, wk2, wk4, the wk8 has no significant difference （P〉0.05）, total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group is 87.5%, and the western medicine group is 90.0%, there is no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Tongxinluo Capsule is effective for depression in Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients .
