电针联合局部封闭对第三腰椎横突综合征治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针联合局部封闭治疗腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法将120名第三腰椎横突综合征患者随机分为两组,治疗组(n=64)采用局部封闭联合电针针刺穴位。对照组(n=56)单纯用局部封闭治疗。两组均辅助屈腰抱膝法松解粘连。结果治疗后6月随访,治疗组有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论局部封闭联合电针治疗第三腰椎横突综合征效果明显,作用机理可能是局部封闭联合电针改善了病变部位血液循环,恢复其动态平衡,从而使各种复杂症状缓解或消失。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with local block in treating lumbar vertebral transverse foramen syndrome. Methods 120 cases with the third lumbar vertebral transverse foramen syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups ： treatment group （ n = 64 ） and control group （ n = 56 ） ; eleetroacupuncture on the points combined with local block was performed in treatment group while only local block was performed in control group; both groups were aided with waist flexing and peripatellapexy to solute the adherence. Results Follow - up was made 6 months after treatment; the curative effective rate of treatment group was much superior to that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and the difference was of statistical significance. Conclusions Electroaeupuncture combined with local block is of obvious effect in treating the third lumbar vertebral transverse foramen syndrome; the mechanism may be that electroacupuneture combined with local block improves the blood circulation of the lesions and restore the dynamic balance, which leads to the relief or disappearance of various complicated symptoms.
