冬虫夏草改善狼疮性肾炎患者免疫功能的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察冬虫夏草制剂调节狼疮性肾炎患者免疫功能的疗效。方法50例狼疮性肾炎患者分为照组与治疗组,治疗组在激素等常规治疗的基础上给予冬虫夏草制剂,对照组只给予常规治疗。观察两组治疗2个月后患者临床指标和生化指标的变化情况。结果治疗组经治疗后临床活动性症状和体征积分明显降低,免疫学指标较对照组明显改善。结论冬虫夏草可以改善狼疮性肾炎患者的免疫功能。Objective To observe the curative effect of aweto preparation in improving the immune function of patients with lupus nephritis. Methods 50 cases with lupus nephritis were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group and control group; routine treatment with hormone was given to both groups while treatment group was added with aweto preparation, and an observation 2 months after treatment was made to the changes of clinical index and lupus nephritis. Results The clinical active symptoms of treatment group after treatment were much relieved and integral of physical signs decreased a lot, and the immunological index were much improved compared with those of control group. Conclusions Aweto preparation can improve the immune function of the patients with lupus nephritis.
