芳香化酶在人精子中的表达与精子功能状态的关系

摘　　要：目的研究芳香化酶表达与精子功能状态和受精力的关系。方法采用流式细胞术检测精子中的芳香化酶水平,以SPA试验检测精子的受精力、三色法染色观察顶体反应率。结果精子芳香化酶水平与受精率、顶体反应率都有一定的相关性,其相关系数分别为0.5319和0.5114。正常男性与不明原因不育症患者精子芳香化酶阳性率分别为41.32±18.99%和27.72±11.69%,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论芳香化酶对于正常的精子功能有重要意义,芳香化酶表达异常可能与某些不明原因不育有关。Objective To study the expression of aromatase and its relationship with the functional states of spermatozoa and fertility. Methods Flow cytometry was applied to detect the level of aromatase in sperm, SPA test to detect the fertility of sperm and triple stain technique to observe the acrosomc reaction rate. Results The level of aromatase was of certain correlation with fertility rate and acrosome reaction rate with the correlated coefficients of 0. 5319 and 0. 5114 respectively; the positive rate of aromatase in spermatozoa of normal males and infertile males with unknown causes were 41.32 ± 18.99% and 27.72± 11.69% respectively, the difference was of significance （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Aromatase is of important significance for normal sperm function ; the abnormal expression of aromatase may be related with infertility of unknown causes.
