摘　　要：粮食问题是关系国计民生的大问题。当前,粮食危机席卷全球,中国粮食形势不容乐观。黑龙江省作为粮食主产区和国家重要商品粮基地,应充分发挥农业生产优势,为保障国家粮食安全做贡献。The grain issue is so important due to its effect on the national economy and the peoples livelihood. The current global grain crisis sweeps across the world. The situation of grain production in China is not so optimistic. Heilongjiang Province, as the major grain -producing areas and the important commodity grain base of China, should take advantage of agricultural production and make great contributions to safeguard national food security.
