摘　　要：通过对浦东新区一、二级医院（一级医院即社区卫生服务中心）病人流量的抽样分析，内容为病人门诊量按月，周，天的分布情况，从而了解工作量最大和最小的时间段，来判断医生工作负荷情况，并提出应对措施。Through sample analysis of the moving direction of the patients at the first and second grade hospitals according to the month, week, and day to learn the maximum and minimum of working time, the working load of the doctors was judged to make certain countermeasures.
