艾滋病自愿咨询检测者行为调查及检测结果

摘　　要：目的了解卢湾区艾滋病自愿咨询检测者（简称VCT）的行为状况及HIV的感染情况，为改进和完善健康教育和控制HIV蔓延提供依据。方法对2006-2008年9月期间的575名VCT人群进行一对一咨询，采集血清应用免疫学方法进行HIV抗体检测。结果575名VCT人群中以青壮年为主，男性大于女性，HIV阳性率为0．35％，在高危行为中以性传播为主，其中同性传播的比例增加。结论针对VCT人群应进一步改进完善健康教育和行为干预。Objective To know the behavior and the HIV-infeetion of VCT in order to offer evidence for improving and perfecting the health education and controlling HIV infection spreading. Method 575 VCT were interviewed one by one from 2006 to Sept 2008. Their HIV antibody was tested microbiologically through collecting the samples of their blood serums. Results Yong people occupied the most of 575 VCT. The number of the male is more than that of the female. Their HIV positive rate was 0.35%. In the high risk behavior, sex is the main course of transmitting. The proportion of homosexuality transmission was increasing. Conclusion it is necessary to further improve health education and behaviour intervention to VCT people.
