摘　　要：采用两种综合评价方法,对我国14家商业银行的经营效率进行评价和比较。运用单因素指标分析法,将商业银行的财务数据分三个方面进行比较,从不同侧面对商业银行的经营效率进行分析。运用DEA分析法,对商业银行的效率进行综合评价,比较国有商业银行、股份制商业银行和上市银行之间效率的差异。两种评价方法都得出了一个共同的结论:即中国目前股份制商业银行,尤其是股份制银行中的5家上市银行的经营效率要明显好于国有商业银行。最后,提出提升银行经营效率的对策。This article uses two methods to synthetically evaluate 14 commercial banks＇ operation efficiency of China. Firstly, the paper uses common method in China of single factor method to compare banks＇ finance data from three different aspects, which gives us a general picture of Chinese commercial banks. Secondly, the paper uses DEA（Data Envelopment Analysis）method to give these banks another integrated evaluation, compare the differences among four stated-owned commercial banks, joint-stock banks and listing banks. The above two evaluation methods show the same conclusion： in China, joint-stock banks＇ operation efficiency, especially the five listing banks are much better than state-owned banks. At last, the paper puts forward the means to improve efficiency of State-owned banks and joint-stock banks separately.
