骨髓移植病人对健康教育需求的调查分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解骨髓移植病人对健康教育的需求情况。[方法]采用自行设计的"骨髓移植病人健康教育需求"调查表,以问卷的方法对74例骨髓移植病人就健康教育需求的内容进行调查,针对存在的问题进行分析,提出相应对策。[结果]病人对移植成功率、手术费用、手术对供者的影响、饮食的种类及制作要求、防治感染的方法、居住房间的要求、日常生活原则、定期检查的时间及方法、出现排异反应的类型及症状、药物的不良反应、用药方法及时间等有强烈需求。[结论]骨髓移植病人对健康教育的需求高,内容涉及面广,临床护理应在系统专科健康教育基础上结合病人的具体需求,采用有针对性地健康教育,以提高健康教育效果。Objective： To know about the demands of bone marrow transplantation patients for health education. Methods：A total of 74 bone marrow transplantation patients were investigated on demand for health education by using self - designed ＂Bone marrow transplantation patient health education demand＂ questionnaire. Then existed problems were analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were put forward. Results： Patients had strong request for transplantation achievement ratio, operation cost, influence of transplantation on donor, category and preparing of foods, methods of infection prevention and treatment, ward environment, principle of daily life, time and method of regular check, type and symptoms of rejection, adverse reaction of drug, method and time of medication and so on. Conclusions：Patients accepting bone marrow transplantation have higher demands for health education. Health education contents referred to many aspects. Clinical nursing should combine to concrete requirements of patients based on systematic special health education to adopt targeted health education for them so as to enhance effect of health education .
