山西蟒河自然保护区土壤放线菌区系及资源调查

摘　　要：从山西蟒河自然保护区的后河背、旱地和后大河三个样区采集上样。用五种培养基分离放线菌，并对放线菌的数量、组成、生理生化特性、细胞壁化学组分以及它们的拮抗性等进行了研究。按放线菌常规分类方法进行了鉴定，结果分离到九个属的高、中温放线菌。Soil samples were collected from Manghe natural consevation in Shanxi. Achnomyceteswere isolated by spreading the samples on five kinds of agar media. Isolates were idenhfied atgenus level. They were involved in nine genus. ms paper discussed the amount andcomPOsihon of the thermophilic and mesophilic achnomycetes in the samples taken from varioussources, some physiological and biochemical characterishcs of the mesophilic achnomycetes, anduhlizahon of achnomycetes resources.
