摘 要:从我国不同地区不同松树上采集代表茶生柱锈菌Cronartiumribicola、柔软柱锈菌Cflaccidum及栎柱锈菌C.quercuum的134个菌株的孢子,用多位点酶电泳法分析了其3种酶系统6个基因位点上的群体遗传结构。结果显示3种柱锈菌间酶蛋白基因的流动已绝少发生而表现为生殖隔离,从遗传背景上支持了这3个种的成立。我国东北地区的C.ribicola群体遗传性质高度均一(平均遗传杂合度He=0.007),暗示本菌侵入并扩散于该地区的历史很短。来自不同守主的C.flaccidum和C.quercuum菌株,均以樟子松上的菌株遗传变异水平最高(He分别为0.154和0.160),据此推测它们可能最先起源于樟子松。上述随寄主而异的群体遗传差异可能是寄生专化性分化在基因水平上的反映。Genetic variation in 134 isolates of three Cronartium species fromdifferent pine hostS and geographic origins in China was assessed at 6 Putative locirepresented by three enzyme systems using mulhlocus electrOPhoresis. Basically nocommon loci were detected among the fore species, indicating genehc isolation andjushfying the tradihonal classificahon of these rust species. The population genehcstructure of C ribicola of Pinus horaiensis sampled in Northeast China was highlyuniform, implicahng that this pathogen only recenhy invaded and spread in aams area.The genehc diversity of isolates of P. sylvestrl's var. mongolica was obviously higherthan those on other examined Pine hostS both for C jlaccidum and C quercuum,possibly suggeshng that P. sylvestris var. mongolica is an original hosL Suchdifference related to hostS in population genehc variability may be a reflechon atmolecular genehc level of host preference of rust pathogens.
