溴氰菊酯对白纹伊蚊C6/36细胞增殖的抑制作用及抑制后细胞的恢复

摘　　要：目的：多侧面深入了解溴氰菊酯的毒性作用机制。方法：采用冲击式测试法（即药物与细胞接触时间有限，２４小时），动态观察溴氰菊酯（浓度在４０μｇ／ｍｌ以下）对Ｃ６／３６细胞增殖的影响。结果：低浓度溴氰菊酯（１０μｇ／ｍｌ）对Ｃ６／３６细胞增殖没有影响，较高浓度溴氰菊酯（２０μｇ／ｍｌ、４０μｇ／ｍｌ）则对Ｃ６／３６细胞增殖有明显抑制作用，抑制作用强度随药物浓度的增加而增加，去除药物作用后，受抑制的细胞又重新恢复生长、分裂。In this paper,the C6/36 cell growth rate and karyokinesis, after adding the DM(10μg/ml、20μg/ml、40μg/ml) on culture, were dynamic observed using ictus method for revealing the effects of DM on C6/36 cell line proliferation. The inhibitory effects of higher DM on the cell line proliferation and a doseresponse effects were observed. The inhibited cells were regenerated after recession of DM treatment on the cell line. It was showed inhibitory effects of DM on the proliferation of C6/36 cell was reversible.
