摘　　要：从引起建筑物沉降的原因,变形测量点的布设规律,观测精度和观测周期的确定及外业观测和内业整理等方面论述了建筑物沉降观测的方法和步骤,并辅以实例进行了论证。The buildings settlement observation method and procedure were discussed from buildings settlement caused reasons, layout law of deformation observation position, observation precision, observation period determination and field observation and indoor arrangement, which was proved with practical examples.
