摘　　要：多种能力复合已成为高职院校文科专业确定培养目标及教学内容的前提。本文重点探讨了高职院校文科专业复合实践能力的培养原则、实施办法，探索了鼓励文科专业学生进行复合型实践能力训练的激励政策。In the higher vocational college the cultivation goal and the content of teaching work on the premise that the students should have the compound abilities. The paper focuses on the principle and method of training of compound practical abilities of the liberal art students in higher vocational college and explores a policy to encourage the students to take part in the practices of training compound abilities.
