重度大面积烧伤患者肠内营养支持的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨重度大面积烧伤患者肠内营养支持治疗的经验。方法回顾性总结和分析25例重度大面积烧伤患者肠内营养支持治疗，休克纠正过后，立即实行肠内营养支持治疗，以鼻胃管滴注全营养素为主，并注意加强蛋白质，氨基酸、及脂肪乳剂的补充，在整个过程中，监测患者的营养评估关键指标水平。结果25例患者除2例死亡外其他患者均未出现体重明显下降及营养不良，也未发生严重并发症，痊愈出院。结论肠内营养支持在重度大面积烧伤患者治疗中具有极其重要作用。Objective To summarize the experience of enteral nutrition treatment for severely burned patients. Methods Retrospectively summarize and analyse the treatment of EN of 25 severely burned patients, after shock was correct, EN was given at once, by the way of feeding with elemental diets, and supplying with protein,amino acids and Fat emulsion. Nutritional assessment was aiso carried out in the whole process. Results Weight loss seriously and malnutrition did not appear, serious complications did not occur neither. The 25 patients were all cured expect 2 Pativents were dead. Conclusion EN play a very important role in treatment for severely burned patients.
