摘 要:目的探讨术后早期肠内营养对食管癌患者的应用价值。方法105例食管癌患者随机分为两组,肠内营养组(EN组)和对照组。EN组术中置十二指肠营养管,术后常规静脉补液支持治疗外,早期予以肠内营养;对照组术后常规静脉补液支持治疗。分别于术前、术后第3、7天测两组患者的体质量、白细胞总数,中性粒细胞比例、血浆总蛋白,白蛋白,同时观察胃肠道功能恢复时间和出现并发症等。结果术前、术后第3天,两组患者的体质量下降、白细胞总数、血浆总蛋白,白蛋白无明显差异,第7天差异明显;EN组胃肠道功能恢复时间明显早于对照组,肺部感染亦显著低于对照组。结论食管癌术后早期肠内营养能明显改善患者营养状况,促进患者肠道功能恢复,减少并发症。Objective To evaluate the value of duodenal nutrition tube on nutrition support early after operation for patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods 105 cases with esophageal carcinoma were divided into 2 groups : enteral nutrition (EN) group and control group. The patients in EN group were obtained duodenal nutrition tube during operation and nutrition liquid early after operation The persons in control group were received nutrition liquid through peripheral vein early after operation. All patients' body weight, the level of plasma albumin, the level of total plasma albumin, postoperative complications and the time of gastrointestinal function recovery were observed before operation and after surgery. Results There were no differences between two groups in body weight and the level of plasma albumin 3 days and 7 days afer operation ( P 〈 0.05 ). After surgery the time of gastrointestinal function recovery and pulmonary infections in EN group was less than that in control group ( P = 0. 001 ). Conclusion Nutrition support through duodenal nutrition tube early after operation is effective.
