摘  要:目的C型CpG—ODN对哮喘小鼠Th1/Th2相关细胞因子的影响,为CpG-ODN进一步应用提供依据。方法利用人工合成C型的CpG-ODN(ODN-M362),将其注射于哮喘小鼠腹腔,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测注射后小鼠的Th1和Th2细胞因子的含量,分析其有无差异性。结果C型CpG-ODN组BALF中EOS数量,血清IL-4水平明显低于对照组和哮喘组(P〈0.01),血清IFN-γ明显升高于对照组和哮喘组(P〈0.01)。结论C型的CpG-ODN,对哮喘小鼠Th1/Th2失衡有明显的逆转作用。Objective To explore the effect of C types CpG-ODN on the expression of Thl/Th2 cytokines in a model of asthma. Methods Asthmatic mice models were established by ovalbumin intraperitoneal injection and atomization inhalation. Then the mice were intraperitoneally injected with C types CpG-ODN ( ODNM362) ,The serum levels of Th1 cytokine IFN-T and Th2 cytokine IL-4 were measured by ELISA. Meanwhile, eosinophil count peripheral BALF were performed. Results C types CpG-ODN (ODN-M362) inhatitted the expression of Thl cytokine IFN-γ and Th2 cytokine IL-4 in asthmatic mice (P 〈 0. 01 ). Compared with group A and group B, group C enhanced obviously Thl cytokine IFN-T expression, downregulated Th2 cytokine IL-4 expression. Conclusion ODN-M362, a kind of type C CpG-ODN, could correct the imbalance of Th1/Th2 on cytokine level.
