摘 要:在有机过氧化物和交联剂作用下,聚苯乙烯(PS)和高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)在HAAKE流变仪的密炼室中进行反应共混,可以达到增韧PS的目的。共混时加入适量的苯乙烯(St)单体,并采用两次共混的方法,有利于提高共混物强度。文中研究了过氧化物的种类、过氧化物和交联剂的浓度、苯乙烯单体、两次共混的温度、第一次共混时PS/PE的比例等因素对反应加工过程中的流变行为、共混物冲击强度及形态的影响。Reactive mixing of polystyrene(PS) and high density polyethylene(HDPE) has been carried out in a mixing chamber of a HAAKE rheocord with an organic peroxide and a coupling coagent and strength enhancement of the blends can be achieved. Styrene monomer was introduced into the system during reactive mixing, and twostepmixing method was used. Effects of peroxide species, styrene monomer, the concentrations of peroxide and coupling coagent, the temperature of the second mixing and the ratio of PS/PE of the first mixing on rheological behavior, morphology, and impact strength of the blends have been studied.
