摘　　要：以２－（取代硅甲基）－４，５－二氯－３（２Ｈ）－哒嗪酮为原料，通过取代反应合成了八种新的５位带（对叔丁基苄硫基）的含硅哒嗪酮化合物，并对新化合物进行了元素分析、１ＨＮＭＲ和ＩＲ的测定，证明了结构。新化合物的生物活性初步测定表明：该类化合物对蚜虫具有弱的活性。Using 2 (substituted silylmethyl) 4,5 dichloro 3(2H) pyridazinones as raw material and by means of the substitution,eight of new silicon containing pyridazinones,which have 5 [p (t butyl)benzyl]thio group,have been synthesized. And the structure of the obtained compound have confirmed by element analysis,IR and 1H NMR.The bioactivity of synthesized compound was initially determined, and the result indicates that they have lower activity against apgis.
