摘  要:[目的]探讨黑斑大壁虎和红斑大壁虎(Gekko gecko)之间的分化程度。[方法]对黑斑大壁虎和红斑大壁Cty b基因的序列进行测定,获得Cyt b基因全序列1147 bp。以白脊壁虎(G.vittatus)和沙虎(T.keyserlingii)为外群,用邻接法(NJ)和最大简约法(MP)构建了2种大壁虎的系统发育关系。[结果]黑斑大壁虎与红斑大壁虎Cyt b基因的差异程度达到9.18%,NJ和MP分子系统树显示黑斑大壁虎与红斑大壁虎明显分为二支。[结论]两者达到了亚种分化的差异。[ Objective ] The study aimed to discuss differentiation degree of red Gekko gecko and black Gekko gecko. [ Method ] The complete mitochondrial cytoehrome b genes were sequenced from red C, ekko gecko and black Gekko gecko. 1147 base pairs of G. gecko complete mitochondrial Cyt b gene were sequenced. Taking Gekko vittatus and T. keyserlingii acting as outgroups, phylogenetic relationship between two Gekko geeko was constructed by using NJ and MP methods. [ Result] The phylogenetic trees of the C-ekko gecko were constructed using NJ and MP methods showed that distance was 9.18% between black G. gecko and red G. gecko. [ Conclusion]The genetic difference of black and red G. gecko reached the subspecies differentiation.
