摘　　要：新农村的建设重点之一在于提高农民的居住环境。节能型生态农宅满足生态设计的4R原则,使建筑和自然协调共生,通过"架设节能设施、种植高效植物、养殖高效动物、利用自然能源和可再生能源"等节能措施减轻环境的负担,不仅可成功改善农民居住环境,亦可减少非再生能源的投入,并创造较好的经济效益。The key of new rural construction is the improvement of farmers＇ living environment. The energy-saving ecological residence should accord with the 4R principle, making the construction and natural symbiotic coordination, and mitigating the burden on the environment through setting up energy-saving facilities, planting efficient plants, cultivating efficient animals and using natural renewable energy. It is able to not only improve the living conditions of farmers, meanwhile, it can reduce the input of non-renewable energy, and create better economic benefits.
