摘　　要：对涂塑纸基表面聚乙烯涂层上凝胶点的大小、形状等进行了描述，并通过一系列的测试手段对凝胶点的内部结构及其亚微观形态进行了较为详细的描述，对凝胶点的实质、成因、形成机理进行了推测，并在此基础上对如何消除凝胶点提出了措施和建议。The gel grits appear on the PE layer on the surface of resin coated paper is discribed. the essence of the gel grits was studied and analyzed thoroughly by means of many experimental methods. The structure and ehe submicromorphology of these grits were also described in detail. The forming mechanism and cause were inferred too. Based on the above studies , measures and suggestions on how to eliminate these grits were brought forward.
