摘 要:以戊二酸和甲醇为原料,磷钨杂多酸为催化剂,甲苯为带水剂合成戊二酸二甲酯,研究其反应机理,建立了分水条件下酯化合成反应的反应动力学模型,对实验数据回归处理,确定了模型中的有关参数。结果表明,此条件下戊二酸二甲酯的合成表现为三级不可逆反应。在本实验反应体系下,得到了反应的表观活化能为Ea=93.133 kJ/mol,反应速率常数为:k0=2.006×1010e-93133/RT(L/mol)2/min。Dimethyl glutarate was prepared with glutaric acid and methanol as reactant, phosphotungstic acid as catalyst and toluene as azeotropic agent. The reaction mechanism was studied. Kinetic parameters were obtained by experiments carried out at various conditions. Results of experiments showed that the synthetic reaction of dimethyl glutarate appeared to be a third-order irreversible reaction. The rate constant k of the Arrhenius equation was determined. The apparent activation energy was Ea=93.133 kJ/mol, and the frequency factor was k0=2.006×10^10e^-93133/RT(L/mol)^2/min.
