脲基氨基甲酸酯化合物作为汽油清净分散剂的研究

摘　　要：本文采用二异氰酸酯与醇类、胺类化合物进行化学反应，合成了一种新型化合物——脲基氨基甲酸酯汽油清净分散剂，选择了最佳合成工艺条件，并进行了溶解性及相对结焦率测定，又在汽油电控喷射模拟试验装置上进行了评定。结果表明：该化合物对汽油的清净分散效果优于美国的新产品ｐａｒａｄｙｎｅ７４８剂和上海市售的复合型汽油清净分散剂。A new compound——uredo urethane is synthesized by reacting diisocyanate with alcohols and amines.After the experiments of selecting the optimum reaction conditions,measuring the solubility and the percentage of relative oxidizition, and evaluating in the PFI simulating device,it is found the detergent—dispersant pro perty of this compound is superior to both the new product paradyne 748 and the compound product sold in Shanghai.
