摘  要:以6年生臭椿根区土壤水浸提液处理刺槐的种子,测定臭椿根区土壤浸提液对刺槐种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:臭椿根区土壤水浸提液对供试刺槐种子的萌发及幼苗生长都有显著的抑制作用,说明根区土壤有化感物质存在;不同浓度水浸提液抑制作用强度不同,其中根区土壤水浸提液质量浓度为1.0 mg/mL时抑制作用最大。水浸提液对发芽率、发芽指数的作用强度较小,对种子活力指数以及发芽后幼苗根伸长的抑制作用较大。With the solution extracted from the roots zone soil of 6-year-old Ailanthus altissima trees to treat the seed of Robinia pseudoacacia, the paper studied allelopathic effects of the extracts on seed germination and seedling growth of R. pseudoacacia. The results showed that inhibiting effects on the seed germination and young seedling growth were significant, which indicated that there should be some allelopathic chemicals in the root zone soil. The intensities of inhibiting effects for the extracts were different with treatments at different extraction concentration. Among the extractions, the effect of the 1.0 mg/mL treatment was the strongest. It was also concluded that the inhibiting effects for the extracts from the root zone soil of A. altissima on seed germination percentage and germination index were mild, while the effects on seed vigor index and root growth of the seedling were the strongest.
