摘  要:研究了铸轧工艺生产白铜BFe10-1-1冷凝管中的水平连铸和行星轧制两个关键工序,考察了连铸管坯和行星轧制态管坯的宏观组织、微观组织、成分分布、力学性能及铸轧过程中存在的问题。结果表明,铸轧工艺生产BFe10-1-1冷凝管是可行的;B10管坯在铸造阶段偏析严重,行星轧制过程也不能将其改变,会影响冷凝管的使用寿命。The horizontal continuous casting and planetary rolling in the casting-rolling cupronickel BFe10-1-1 were described.Macro-and microstructure,composition distribution and mechanical properties of horizontal continuous tube billets and planetary rolling tube billets as well as problems in casting-rolling process were investigated.The results verify that it is feasible for the casting-rolling cupronickel BFe10-1-1 condenser.The defects in process of casting-rolling tube billets can be eliminated by electromagnetic field.Performance of planetary rolling mill should be improved by cooling bronze TP2 billets with nitrogen gas,emulsion and cooling water due to their cooling rate 2~2.5 times higher than that of the TP2,in addition,new roller materials should be adopted.
