ICP-AES Determination of Six Trace Elements in a new Zirconium Alloy after Separation by Cation-exchange Resin

摘  要:新锆合金样品用硝酸和氢氟酸溶解,样品溶液经阳离子交换树脂使锆和铌与其他6种元素分离后,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪测定2.0mol·L^-1硝酸洗脱液中铝、钡、铜、镍、钛和钒的含量。对分离锆和铌所用硝酸淋洗液的浓度、pH值、用量,载气流量等影响因素进行了试验。在优化的试验条件下,测得铝、钡、铜、镍、钛和钒的相对标准偏差(72—6)在3.0%~7.9%之间,回收率在93.8%~110.09/6之间。The new zirconium alloy sample was dissolved with HNO3 and HF. Zirconium(IV) and niobium (V) of the alloy in sample salution were separated from the 6 elements by cation-exchange resin. Contents of Al, Ba, Cu, Ni, Ti and V were determined in the eluant of 2. 0 mol · L^-1 HNO3 solution by ICP-AES. Influential factors, including concentration, pH and amount of eluent used to separate Zr and Nb, flow rate of carrier gas, were studied. Under the optimized experimental conditions, values of RSD's (n=) of Al, Ba, Cu, Ni, Ti found were in the range of 3. 0%-7. 9%, and values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 93. 8%-110. 0%.
