摘  要:取0.5 g经加工成规定形状及大小的钢样2份,分别用细铂丝捆扎并悬挂在盛电解液的胶棉袋中,置于电解池中作为阳极。在选定的条件下电解一定时间使样品中的氮化物分离析出并收集于胶棉袋中,与阳极上粘附的残渣合并移入玻璃管中。其中1份加浓硫酸,蒸发至冒烟,按蒸馏分离-靛酚蓝光度法测定氮含量。另1份阳极残渣溶于盐酸,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定其中的铝含量,将上述氮及铝的测定值按所给公式换算成样品中的自由氮,碳氮化合物相及氮化铝中的氮含量。Two portions of 0. 5 g of steel sample, which had been machined into definite shape and size, were tired up with thin Pt-wire and hanged into collodion bags filled with electrolyte. The samples in the bags were taken as anode and electrolyzed under prescribed conditions to separate nitrides from the sampe. The residues separated out at the anode were transferred to 2 test tubes. The residue from one of the 2 samples was fumed with conc. H2SO4 and used for determination of nitride-N by the indopbenol blue photometry after separation by distillation. And the residue from the other sample was dissolved with HCl and used for determination of aluminum by ICPAF2S. The results of N and Al contents obtained were converted into contents of free nitrogen, M(C,N) phase and nitrogen in AIN according to formula given in the paper.
