摘  要:以聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚为稳定剂,在pH2.4的磷酸-磷酸二氢钠缓冲溶液中,维多利亚艳蓝BO与GaI4^-反应生成缔合物,缔合物的最大吸收波长560nm,表观摩尔吸光率5.53×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1镓(Ⅲ)的质量浓度在1.3×10^-3-7.0×10^-2mg·L^-1范围内遵守比耳定律。应用此方法测定了煤矸石和煤灰中痕量镓,所得结果与国家标准方法测得的结果相符。其相对标准偏差(n=8)均小于3%。测得方法的回收率97%-101%。An association complex between Ga (Ⅲ) (in form of GaI4^-) and victoria pure blue BO in a phosphate buffer medium of pH 2. 4 and in the presence of OP, was formed, having its absorption maximum at 560 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity (ε560) found was 5.53×10^5L· mol^-1· cm^-1. Beer's law was held in the range of 1.3 ×10^-3 - 7. 0 × 10^-2 mg · L^-1 of gallium(Ⅲ). The proposed method was used in determination of gallium in samples of gangue and coal ash, results obtained were in consistency with those obtained by the standard method (GB/T 8208-1987), with values of RSD's (n=8) less than 3%. Results of recovery test found were in the range from 97%to 101%.
