并条机棉条质量的控制与研究

摘　　要：熟条的长、短片段不匀对后道工序的产品质量影响很大。文章重点研究了并条机棉条不匀产生的原因及控制措施,叙述了自调匀整装置的作用原理、分类及其在老机上的安装问题。Irregularity on long and short section of combed slivers great by affect the product quality. The article is focused on study of the cause making combed sliver irregularity and the measures to control it with fimctions, kinds and its assembling on the old machine of auto - leveler described.
