摘 要:电容式条干均匀度仪在不同试验室测试同一纱线时的检测结果会不相同,导致纱线贸易摩擦;试验室在应用GB/T3292.1—2008进行条干均匀度测试检验时,没有严格地按检测程序操作,忽略了一些细节对测试结果的影响,导致检验结果差异明显。引起电容式条干均匀度仪测量不确定度的因素很多,文章分析了试验室温湿度、纱条在电容极板中的不同位置和管纱与筒纱的条干均匀度差异3因素对测试结果的影响。The detection result of one sample yam by use of capaciLor evenness tester varies between different yarn labs, and the test reports are not approved with each other, which causes many trade fnctions. Many labs did not operate conscientiously or neglect some important details when using GB/T3292.1 - 2008, which makes obvious difference between test reports. There are a lot of factors irreguray which affect the yarn test by use of capacitor evenness test. The influence of the temperature and humidity of lab, the different position of the yarn in the capacitance plate and the difference of tube yarn and cone yarn irregurity on the yarn test by use of capacitor evenness test are analyzed in this article.
