摘 要:以铝基铜干法烟气脱硫脱硝一体化及再生工艺为基准,设计了1套新型回转式脱硫脱硝及再生一体化反应器,并采用Fluent软件对新型反应器内部脱硫脱硝及再生过程进行了数学模拟.结果表明:新型回转式反应器的结构采用分区设计、结构紧凑,有效避免了再生气体的泄漏,减少了安全事故,并可在脱硫脱硝的同时对催化剂进行再生循环使用,降低了运行成本;整体反应器的脱硫、脱硝效率达到90%以上,符合新颁布的《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》,且再生效率完全满足反应器再次进行脱硫、脱硝的要求.Based on dry gas desulfurization, denitrification and catalyst regeneration technology with aluminum supported copper, a new rotary reactor for simultaneous desulfurization, denitrification and catalyst regeneration purpose was designed, while numerical simulation made for the integral process inside the reactor using Fluent software. Simulation results show that the new type rotary reactor with isolated sections and of compact structure can effectively reduce safety accidents due to less leakage of regenerated gas, and lower operation cost resulted from simultaneous catalyst regeneration during desulfurization and denitrification process. Its desulfurization and denitrification efficiency may get to 90%, satisfying the newly issued Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants, and the catalyst regeneration efficiency can completely meet the requirements of subsequent desulfurization and denitrification.
