痉挛型构音障碍脑瘫患儿不同发音方法的辅音发音特点研究

摘　　要：目的探讨痉挛型构音障碍的脑瘫患儿辅音发音的特点,为康复计划的制定提供理论依据。方法采用构音障碍检测法对存在痉挛型构音障碍的28例脑瘫患儿进行检测,同时使用Cool edit pro录音软件进行录音,由听音小组进行辨音,Praat语音分析软件分析患儿的发音情况,计算21个辅音的各类错误发音的错误率,分析错误发音方式的构成比,总结错误发音特点。结果按照发音方法分类,痉挛型构音障碍的脑瘫患儿辅音错误发音的类型及其错误率分别为:边音64.29%,塞擦音63.70%,擦音58.33%,塞音36.91%,鼻音21.42%,送气音57.47%,不送气音42.85%。结论按照发音方法分类,痉挛型构音障碍的脑瘫患儿辅音错误率以边音、送气音两个类型最高。Objective To study the characteristics of consonant pronunciation in spastic dysarthria cerebral palsy patients and to provide theoretical evidences for the rehabilitation program. Methods Twenty - eight cerebral palsy patients with spastic dysarthria were evaluated by dysarthria examination scale （ developed by China Rehabilitation Research Center） . We recorded the whole process of the tests in door by cool edit pro record software. All the recorded files were sent to speech laboratory of Chinese Department of Ji Nan University and were analyzed by listening team consisted of linguist expects. Praat4 was used to evaluate the pronunciation according to the pronunciation criteria of＂ experiment phonology＂. After that we counted the error rate of 21 consonants and summarized the characteristics of error articulation. Results To divide consonants according to the manner of articulation , the inaccuracy rates of error consonants were 36.91% for stop,63.70% for affricate,58.33% for fricative,21.42% for nasal,64.29% for lateral,57.47% for aspirated consonant and 42.85 % for non - aspirated consonant. The composing rates of three kinds of inaccuracy consonants （ substation, ommision and deviation） were 67.68%, 22.22% and 10.10%. Conclusion In view of the manner of articulation, the error rates of lateral and non - aspirated consonants are the highest.
