摘　　要：从比较法的角度考察,中国古代也有一个城市法体系。从城市管理的角度看,这一法律体系包括国家法律体系中有关城市管理内容的法律制度,也包括习惯法、行会法等民间法中的有关内容。A perspective from comparative jurisprudence, China also had a city legal system in the ancient times. A perspective from city administration, this legal system includes legal institutions about city administration in country legal system, also including some relevant contents in folk law such as customary law , guild law,etc.
