摘　　要：现代涂料为空气与水的污染源之一。作者介绍了有关涂料对环境影响的基本概念和实际情况，述及一些发达国家的环境污染方面的经历，概述了有关我国存在涂料污染的一些论点，提出了应当采取的治理涂料污染对策。One of the sources of air and water pollution is the modern coatings. Basic concepts and practical situation of the influences on environment made by coatings are introduced. Cases relating to pollutions come from coatings which had happened in developed countries are reviewed. The author realizes that same thing is existing in our country and the measures which should be taken to overcome those environmental impacts of coatings are recommended.
