摘　　要：利用山东省卫生财务年报等数据资料,重点剖析政府卫生投入和资源配置方面存在的非均等状况,并围绕实现基本卫生服务均等化问题,从政府卫生投入方面提出了政策建议。It had been used the annual health finance report in Shandong Province, analyzed the government health investment and resource allocation which existing in the situation of non-equity. In order to realize the equity of essential health care, some commends had been proposed which related the policy of government health input.
