尪痹片治疗类风湿性关节炎(肝肾阴虚、瘀血痹阻证)临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察"尪痹片"治疗类风湿性关节炎(肝肾阴虚、瘀血痹阻证)的临床疗效。方法40例类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者随机分为治疗组20例,对照Ⅰ组10例,对照Ⅱ组10例,分别口服尪痹片、甲氨喋呤片(MTX)、尪痹片和甲氨喋呤(MTX)联用,治疗前后进行中医症状、体征积分,西医症状、体征积分以及实验室指标(血沉、C反应蛋白)比较。结果中医症状、体征治疗总有效率:治疗组80.0%,对照Ⅰ组60.0%,对照Ⅱ组90.0%;西医症状、体征治疗总有效率:治疗组65.0%,对照Ⅰ组40.0%,对照Ⅱ组100.0%。结论尪痹片能在较短时间内减轻RA患者的症状、体征,改善中医证候,达到补益肝肾、活血化瘀和降低炎症指标的作用,其疗效优于甲氨喋呤片组,且未发现不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Wangbi Pills＂ in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis （yin deficiency in liver and kidney, blood stasis stagnation syndrome）. Methods 40 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis （RA） were randomly divided into 20 cases, control group Ⅰ 10 cases, control group Ⅱ 10 cases. The subjects in three groups were given Wangbi pills, MTX, Wangbi pills combining with MTX respectively. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） symptoms and physical signs scores, western medical symptoms and physical signs scores, as well as laboratory indicators （ESR, CRP） were compared before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rates of TCM symptoms and physical signs： the therapeutic group 80.0 %, the control group Ⅰ 60.0 %, the control group Ⅱ 90.0 %. The total effective rates of western medical symptoms and physical signs： the therapeutic group 65.0 %, the control group 1 40.0 %, the control group Ⅱ 100.0 %. Conclusion Wangbi pills can alleviate RA patients＇symptoms and signs within a short time, improve TCM syndromes, have the effects of reinforcing and nourishing lives and kidneys, promoting blood circulation to remove stasis, and reduce inflammatory indexes. Its effects are superior to that of MTX, and no adverse reactions were observed.
