摘 要:用DSC研究了熔融时间(tmelt)和退火结晶时间(ta)以及聚苯硫醚(PPS)对聚醚醚酮(PEEK)多熔融行为的影响。PPS加入使PEEK熔融多峰移向高温,易于形成熔融3峰。随ta延长及PPS含量增加,低温峰移向高温,高温峰移向低温,而在中间峰温区形成单一高而尖的熔融峰。在接近PEEK熔点温度退火时,发现共混物中PEEK的熔点比纯PEEK的高。The effect of melting time (tmelt) and annealing crystallization time (ta) and the blending of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) on the multiple melting behavior of polyether ether ketone (PEEK) have been investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). As the tmelt is increased, the melting peak shifts to lower temperature. The lower melting peak temperature (Tm1) increases as the ta is increased. The effect of the ta on the upper melting peak temperature (Tm2) depends upon the tmelt. Triple melting peak of PEEK could be observed. The formation of the triple melting peak is easy for PPS/PEEK blends. However, as the ta and the PPS content are increased, only one melting peak could be observed when the PPS/PEEK blends were annealed at 275 ℃ faor 12 h. The melting points of PEEK in its blends annealed at a temperature closer to the melting point of PEEK are higher than that of neat PEEK.
