摘  要:在盆栽条件下,对4个不同品种小麦进行种子PDJ(Prophyl dihydro jasmonate,10 mg.L-1)浸种处理和干旱胁迫,测定比较了其生长反应和化感抗草差异,探讨了干旱胁迫和PDJ对拔节期小麦化感表达的影响机理。结果表明:干旱胁迫和PDJ对小麦生理影响因基因型和测试指标不同而有显著差异,水分和PDJ处理均能增强不同基因型小麦化感表达和抗草特性。对兰考95-25,地上部化感表达和潜力诱导强于根系,而小偃6号、豫麦66优系和兰考217刚好相反,根系化感表达和潜力诱导强于地上部。因此,水分和PDJ处理对不同基因型小麦的抗逆增强效应可能为两种不同的激发机制,水分胁迫主要为诱导效应,而PDJ则是诱导根系生长从而表现为从表现型竞争角度调控化感潜势的效应。The experiment under the pot condition, to carries on seed PDJ (Prophyl dihydro jasmonate, 10 mg · L^-1) soaked seeds processing and the arid coercion for four different wheat geno-types, the determination and compared its growth response and the induction reactance weed difference, to approach the arid coercion and PDJ to the jointing stage wheat feeling expression influence mechanism. The result indicated: The arid coercion and PDJ different have the remarkable difference to the wheat physiology influence because of the strain and the test target, the moisture content and PDJ processing can strengthen the different genotype wheat feeling expression and the anti-weed characteristic. To Lankao 95-25, upside the feeling expression and the potential induce strongly in the root system, but Xiaoyan 6 and Yumai 66 are just opposite with Lankao 217, the root system feeling expression and the potential induce strongly on upside. Therefore, the moisture content and PDJ process to the different genotype wheat's resistance reinforcing effect possibly are two kind of different excitation mechanisms, the moisture content coercion are mainly the inductive effects, and PDJ is induces the root system to grow, thus displays to dive the potential effect from the phenotype competition angle to regulation feeling.
