摘 要:在自然条件下,对10个产地花椒1a生实生苗的光合生理特性进行了研究。结果表明,各花椒苗木的净光合速率日平均值大小顺序为豆椒〉涉县花椒〉循化花椒〉武都花椒〉韩城花椒〉泰安花椒〉凤椒〉汉源花椒〉平顺花椒〉竹叶椒。花椒的净光合速率日变化曲线和蒸腾速率日变化曲线均呈单峰型和双峰型两种类型。相关分析表明,花椒苗木叶片的净光合速率与蒸腾速率、气孔导度呈极显著正相关,与胞间CO2浓度呈极显著负相关(P〈0.01)。蒸腾速率与气孔导度呈极显著正相关(P〈0.01)。根据光响应曲线,花椒苗木的光补偿点为5.220-116.460μmol·m^-2·s^-1,光饱和点为289.685-436.783扯mol·m^-2·s^-1;其中,利用弱光能力较强的是韩城花椒、凤椒和武都花椒;利用强光能力较强的是凤椒、竹叶椒和平顺花椒。In the fields, the photosynthetic characteristics of one or two year's old seedlings of ten strains of Zanthoxylum bungeanum in different producing areas were studied in comparison with each other. The results showed that the average net photosynthetic rate in a day of Doujiao, Shexian strain, Xunhua strain, Wudu strain, Hancheng strain, Taian strain, Fengjiao, Hanyuan strain, Ping- shun strain and Zhuyejiao from high to low. The diurnal variation curves of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and transpiration rate (Tr) among different types of ten Zanthoxylum bungeanum in different producing areas were different, which showed two types, single peak curve and double peak curve. Correlation analysis among photosynthetic parameters showed that there were significantly positive correlations between Pn and Tr, Pn and Gs, and between Tr and Gs (P〈0.01). However, there were significantly negative correlations between Pn and Ci(P〈0.01). Though light response curves of Zanthoxylurn bungeanurn seedlings, light compensation point is from 5. 220 μmol · m^-2 · s^-1 to 116. 460 μmol · m^-2 · s^-1 and light saturation point is from 289. 685 μmol · m^-2 · s^-1 to 436. 783 μmol · m^-2 ·s^-1 The capacity of Hancheng strain, Wudu strain and Fengjiao using low light was higher than other strains. The capacity of Fengjiao, Zhuyejiao and Pingshun strain using high intensity illumination was higher than other strains.
